Frank Lu Lipeng, has 15 years audit, advisor, tax experience in a second-tier audit firm involving various industries. He provides audit services to both local and overseas clients, including companies listed on Singapore Stock Exchange, and leads team members by providing guidance and direction in the audit engagements. In addition to a wide range of job scope in audit services, he is also actively involved in services such as IPOs, RTO and financial due diligence. He is also familiar with China GAAP and legal requirements, relevant accounting treatments and maintains close relationship with clients so as to better understand and respond to their needs promptly.
